Kevin, In your installation It depends on the inspector. If the inspector wants to play hard ball I would say yes that there may be a problem. However just a small installation of Low voltage fixtures usually will not cause concern. Make sure the fixtures are listed for your application. Many oif the low voltage fixtures are not listed for in cabinet installations, particularly on wood or combustable materials. Great to hear from you.
